Relocating Preston Hill Surgery to a new and improved site

We are writing to inform you of an important development regarding our practice. Due to the lease coming to an end, we are planning to relocate Preston Hill Surgery to a new and improved site which is less than half a mile from the current site. We believe this move will provide many benefits for our patients, including:

  • New modern site purpose-built interior 
  • Spacious and up to date facilities 
  • Good transport links 
  • Under 1/2 mile from current location so will continue to look after all patients currently registered at the practice 
  • Local pharmacy support
  • Will continue to deliver all services and more 

As part of this process, we are required to seek feedback and support from our patients. Your opinion matters greatly, and your support can help ensure that the relocation proceeds smoothly and reflects the needs of our community.

2nd Face 2 Face Meeting Friday 12th December 2025 7:30pm to 8:30pm @ Preston Hill Surgery

3rd Online Meeting Wednesday 17th December 2025 7:30pmto 8:30pm
