To protect both our staff and patients, we kindly would like to ask patients to ONLY come to the practice if it is essential and for appointments please try to come on time and not any earlier, however if unable too please call the surgery on 0208 905 0894. This means that if you require an appointment you will first need to complete an e-consult for or call the practice and provide certain information about your symptoms.

Please do not come in to the surgery unless you have gone through the triage process and the Doctor has asked you to come in and have a face to face appointment.
